DESCRIPTION

The 5875-BR005 is a high-temperature hookup wire designed for demanding electrical applications requiring reliable insulation and conductor performance. It features a 22 AWG (19/34) stranded silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal 0.014" wall PTFE insulation, providing excellent thermal and electrical properties. The wire is rated for 1000V RMS at temperatures up to 200°C and complies with UL AWM/STYLE 1180, MIL-W-16878/5 (Type EE), and NEMA HP3-EEX8FE standards. With a temperature operating range of -60°C to +200°C, a bend radius of 10X cable diameter, and a conductor DC resistance of 14 O/1000ft at 20°C, this wire is ideal for aerospace, military, industrial control, and high-temperature instrumentation applications where durability and performance are critical.
