DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-2-562LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 13 bussed resistors with pin 14 common connection and a resistance value of 5,600 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device delivers 2.00 watts power rating at 70°C and maintains superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated (LF) termination suitable for automatic insertion equipment. The resistor network is ideal for applications requiring multiple matched resistors such as DRAM termination, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI applications, offering improved tolerance to ±0.5% and excellent reliability through MIL-STD-202 environmental testing.
