DESCRIPTION

The NT series toggle switches are designed for rugged applications. These switches are typically used in demanding outdoor requirements where the panels undergo vibration from equipment, temperature extremes, dust, splashing water and/or host directed water. They can specifically withstand accumulation of dew and moisture that condense on panels with vehicles left outdoors. The spring-loaded actuating mechanism in this series is especially suited for tactile, gloved-hand operation. Toggle Switches are manually actuated by means of a projecting lever, such as mechanical lever, handle or a rocking mechanism. Potential applications include aerial lifts, scissor lifts, truck mounted tele-handlers, and cranes, construction equipment, agriculture equipment, material-handling equipment, factory-floor control units, and machine tool equipment manufacturers.
