DESCRIPTION
The MC74HC574ADWR2G is an octal D-type flip-flop with 3-state noninverting outputs, designed using high-performance silicon-gate CMOS technology. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V and features a low input current of 1.0 µA. Data is clocked to the outputs on the rising edge of the clock, and the device has an output drive capability of 15 LSTTL loads. The 3-state outputs can be forced into a high-impedance state, allowing the device to be used in bus-oriented systems without affecting the stored data. This part is functionally identical to the HC374A but with a pinout designed to facilitate easier PC board layout.
