DESCRIPTION
1-338171-2 is a 37-position AMPLIMITE subminiature D plug connector designed for right-angle PCB mounting with European standard footprint. It features a tin-plated steel front shell, black glass-filled polyester housing rated UL 94V-0, and phosphor bronze pin contacts with 0.76µm gold plating on the contact area. The connector includes boardlocks for secure board mounting and 4-40 threaded inserts for mating hardware, with solder termination. Electrical specifications include a current rating of 6A maximum, insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum, and dielectric strength of 1000V AC minimum. This connector is ideal for industrial, computing, and communication applications requiring reliable high-density interconnections with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
