6-338171-2 is a 37-position AMPLIMITE subminiature D connector plug designed for right-angle mounting with European standard footprint. The connector features a steel front shell with tin plating, black glass-filled polyester housing rated UL 94V-0, and phosphor bronze contacts with nickel/gold plating on the contact area. It supports a current rating of 2.2A per contact, with an insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum and dielectric strength of 1000V AC. The connector is configured with 4-40 inserts and solder termination, operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
