DESCRIPTION

5-104078-8 is a double row vertical board mount receptacle from the AMPMODU System 50 interconnection system, designed for board-to-board connections. This 100-position connector features a 0.050 x 0.100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) centerline spacing with a post length of 0.100 inch (2.54 mm). The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic in black with a 94V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are made of copper alloy with duplex plating featuring 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold in the mating area, 0.000150 inch (0.00381 mm) tin on solder posts, and 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel underplating. This RoHS compliant connector is ideal for high-density board-to-board interconnection applications requiring reliable signal transmission.
