DESCRIPTION
The 608-CG1T is an 8-pin plug adapter assembly from the 600 Series, designed for assembling hybrid and special network circuits. It features precision machined phosphor bronze pins with gold or tin/lead plating and a thermoplastic polyester insulator rated UL 94V-0. The adapter has a 0.018" (0.46 mm) diameter precision pin that allows repeated insertion into socket or wire wrappable panels, with pin spacing of 0.300" (7.62 mm) between rows. The slotted pin style configuration provides flexibility for various circuit board patterns and terminal dimensions matching standard IC board layouts. This adapter is ideal for interposing discrete components and has been tested for vibration performance across a frequency range of 10 to 2,000 Hz, making it suitable for demanding hybrid circuit assembly and network applications.
