DESCRIPTION
Z5.530.4625.0 is a 16-pole pluggable PC board connector with 5.00 mm spacing designed for reliable electrical interconnections in industrial and electronic applications. The connector features a rated current of 8 A and rated voltages of 200 V/4 kV/3 (Overvoltage category III), 250 V/4 kV/2 (Overvoltage category II), and 1000 V/4 kV/1 (Overvoltage category I) according to VDE 0110 standards. It accommodates wire connections ranging from 0.14 to 4.0 mm² solid or 0.14 to 2.5 mm² fine stranded conductors, with a solder pin diameter of 1.3 mm and bore hole of 1.6 mm for PCB mounting. The insulating housing is constructed from polycarbonate (PC) gray material rated UL 94-V-0, with tin-plated brass contact pins and nickel-plated brass clamping screws ensuring superior corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
