DESCRIPTION
2120864-1 is an industrial metal plug connector with RJ45 CAT5e 8-position configuration, featuring a push-pull variant 14 design for secure and easy mating. The connector features a robust zinc die casting housing with nickel plating and UL94 V0 thermoplastic materials, providing excellent resistance to shock, vibration, temperature extremes, chemicals, oil, and sparks. It operates over a temperature range of -40 to +70°C, offers IP65/IP67 protection, and supports a minimum of 750 mating cycles. The plug connector dimensions are 65 mm (L) x 23 mm (W) x 29 mm (H), with cable outside diameter support of 4.8-8.0 mm. Compliant to IEC 61076-3-117, this connector is ideal for automotive production, welding machines, motors/motor controls, machinery, and robotics applications where reliable, sealed interconnections are required in harsh environments.
