DESCRIPTION
215464-4 is a male-on-board connector from the TE Connectivity Micro-MaTch connector family, designed for wire-to-board and board-to-board interconnections with a 1.27 mm contact centerline spacing. The connector features tin-plated contact design with a gas-tight connection system that incorporates an additional positioning spring in the female part to absorb relative movements caused by vibrations and thermal expansion, effectively preventing fretting corrosion. The connector is suitable for mass termination applications and is available in multiple position sizes (4 to 20 positions) on reels or in boxes. This connector mates with female-on-board connectors (215079, 215460, 188275) and other compatible Micro-MaTch components, making it ideal for automation and control applications including production equipment, robots, motors, heating units, automotive systems, and communication devices.
