DESCRIPTION

The 5745072-4 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 subminiature D-type receptacle connector featuring 15 contact positions in a straight posted configuration with fixed female screwlocks for secure PCB mounting. The connector has a shell size of 2 with overall dimensions of 1.546 inches (39.27 mm) length and 1.312 inches (33.33 mm) width, with a contact depth of 0.420 inches (10.67 mm). The receptacle is equipped with phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold flash on the mating end and tin on the termination end, with a minimum 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel underplate for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. Post lengths are available in 0.125 inches (3.18 mm) for standard PCB thickness of 0.062–0.093 inches (1.58–2.36 mm) and 0.170 inches (4.32 mm) for thicker boards.
