DESCRIPTION
770097-1 is a 12-circuit panel-mount receptacle connector for the 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board system manufactured by TE Connectivity/AMP. This connector features a compact design with a 19.4 mm mated height and 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing, designed specifically for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The housing is constructed from natural-colored nylon with UL94V-2 flammability rating, and contacts are made from phosphor bronze with a solder tail diameter of 0.062 inches (1.57 mm). The connector incorporates a double lock plate for complete contact loading, locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling, and bubble-release design for potted applications.
