DESCRIPTION

The 1-1658526-6 is a 26-way 2-row Female Ribbon Cable Socket Connector with strain relief and gold-plated beryllium copper contacts. This 609 series wire-to-board connector comes with blue glass-filled thermoplastic housing and accepts 30 to 28AWG PVC insulated ribbon cable. TE Connectivity AMP-LATCH connectors are wire-to-board devices used to make the transition between cable and PC board circuitry. The mass termination capabilities of the AMP-LATCH family of connectors have made ribbon cable popular within the Electronics Industry.
