DESCRIPTION

The 1658614-1 is a low-profile all-plastic D-subminiature receptacle connector designed for round conductor flat ribbon cable applications. It features 37 contact positions in shell size 4, with a housing and cover constructed from 94V-0 rated thermoplastic material in black. The connector is supplied pre-assembled with housing and cover, and optional cable stabilizers can be ordered separately. This connector is intermateable with standard D-subminiature connectors complying with MIL-C-24308 and is commonly used in industrial machinery, medical instrumentation, computers and peripherals, and various data communication applications. All part numbers are RoHS compliant, making this connector suitable for modern electronic equipment requiring environmental compliance.
