DESCRIPTION
1761028-3 is a 50-position right angle receptacle D-sub connector from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, designed for high-density board-to-cable interconnections. This connector features rails, latchblocks, and boardlocks for secure mounting and mating, with a solder tail length of .100 inches (2.54 mm). The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with duplex plating consisting of a minimum .000030 inches (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and tin on the solder end, all underplated with nickel. The connector utilizes a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) centerline grid spacing. Common applications include data and device interconnections where reliable, high-density D-type interfaces are required.
