5786554-5 is a 50-position vertical receptacle header from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, featuring Action Pin tails for reliable PCB mounting. This high-density D-subminiature connector utilizes a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid spacing and includes rails and latchblocks for secure mating. The housing is constructed from thermoplastic rated 94V-0 and is SMT compatible, with phosphor bronze contacts featuring duplex gold plating (minimum .000030 inch / 0.00076 mm) on the mating end and nickel underplating. This connector is ideal for data and device applications requiring high-density interconnections with reliable mechanical retention.
